After nearly a decade of anticipation, I have discovered that 2026 is not the year 6,000 from creation. The idea and teaching of the year 6,000 is true and real and has been taught by studious and wise men for thousands of years, but my calculation of the current year from creation turned out to be in error, because by now in these autumn festivities of the Torah we would have seen the return of Yeshua and the 7 trumpets of Revelation. I now believe to be in error by 1 year, and quite possibly 2027 is the year 6,000. I plan on revisiting my calculation and timeline, and reanalyze the major points of my timeline and readjust to derive my new calculation of the current year from creation. This update will be put in version 2 of my new book HITGALUT, along with new chapters that I plan to add to my book. This miscalculation does not weaken my belief, but instead strengthens it, and urges me to search more to arrive at the precise year. Whoever lost belief because of this miscalculation and stumbled already had a weak belief to begin with and did not have deep roots in understanding. Many years ago when I did this study, I did have an internal debate of whether the year 6,000 was in 2026 or 2027, and I chose 2026 as the year 6,000. 2027 was the second candidate year for the year 6,000 for me. The Karaite Jews calculate the current year of creation to be around 3 years from the year 6,000. And the mainstream rabbis of Judaism are in greater error and think we are 213 years from the year 6,000. There is no shame in being wrong about the calculation of the current year from creation, since it is an extremely elusive topic and one of the biggest mysteries in the world. It is a topic I have been studying for nearly a decade, and even though there is error in my calculation, my calculation and timeline is still extremely respectable and even more elaborate and more precise than the famous historian James Ussher. His calculation has already been proven wrong because according to him we have already surpassed the year 6,000 by 30 years, which cannot be, since Yeshua has not yet returned. But his timeline is still very valuable, as is my timeline also, and both our timelines go against the greater lie that the earth is billions of years old. At best, regardless of how precise, we both agree that the earth is around 6,000 years old, and this is okay and good enough, although I am a perfectionist and want to know the very exact year we are in from creation and not give just any estimate. I like being the best at everything I do. There is also some glory and honor I desire in being able to say that I was only of the only humans in history to truly discover the precise year we are in from creation and know truly when the year 6,000 is. This would be extremely remarkable and would be one of my greatest academic and historical achievements. And I believe God will allow me to know the true year 6,000 and perhaps grant me fame and a great name in the millennial kingdom. Although my primary purpose in studying and sharing scripture is not fame and honor, but just immense love for the scriptures and the truth. Most experts in this topic agree we are more or less 3 or 4 years from the year 6,000, but I now think there is just 1 year left. This is actually a very good thing, because it gives more time for preparation and study and obedience. It also gives an opportunity to do more things for God. Launch new music. Launch new books. Launch more YouTube videos. Maybe another trip to Israel. Maybe another few trips back to my homeland in Florida. Build new friendships. Grow the kehillah. Do more good works for the homeless. Help more believers. I am actually excited for 1 more year. My house is paid off. My house is self sustaining and produces its own solar energy, and my vehicle is electric. I don’t need money for gas and can move about the city with free energy from the sun. This is amazing. I also have a bunch of food and preparations. I constructed a very comfortable estate. I don’t really need money. If anything, I feel like I am winning, not losing. Every person that has criticized me for believing that 2026 is the year 6,000 or that money is the mark of the beast are actually enslaved to the financial system, living paycheck to paycheck paying rent and trying to survive amidst this global high inflation. And their financial situation is about to get worse as the global financial system continues to collapse. Whereas I have done so much in my own preparations believing that the return of Yeshua is so near and have been blessed so much by God, that I have actually purchased my own freedom from the financial system and don’t really need money, and now that hard work of many years is beginning to pay off being at ease in this next year and doing what I love doing, serving God and teaching. Obviously the key to continue being blessed is to continue in obedience to the Torah. I feel happy and free to charter my own course for this next year, and do things better than the previous year. I don’t view my miscalculation as a defeat or shameful, but as a learning experience and a victory, and just another stepping stone to finally arrive at the precise calculation of the true year 6,000. I have learned alot over the past few weeks and months. I have also refined by eschatological doctrine. Some events do converge with the return of Yeshua, like the destruction of Vatican City. This does not happen before his return, but at his return. I will be reopening the kehillah, Kehillah Torah Yeshua. I was also be reopening Alvarez Software, my software development business, and will reengage into the financial system for another time, perhaps until January, and then plan another exit out of the financial system in preparation for Yom Kippur of 2027.
