The 10 horns of the 1st beast of Revelation have now emerged, under the “Coalition of the Willing” in Europe. 10 nations in Europe have now signed an agreement in Paris unifying their armies. Ursula Von Der Leyen was present in the meeting, who is the President of the European Commission and the head of the European Union, which is the 8th and final head of the 1st beast of Revelation. These 10 nations have now ceded indirect military authority to the European Union, to fulfill the prophecy, “the ten horns that you saw are 10 kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but they are to receive authority as kings for 1 hour, together with the beast. These are of one mind, and they hand over their power and authority to the beast.” Revelation 17:12-13. This was not expected to happen like this, since I believed the 10 horns would emerge as a more mature formation of “United States of Europe”, but they emerged in a different form. Nonetheless, these 10 nations still unified into an expected military formation giving the European Union hard power over armies. The next day after the agreement was signed, in a military parade the armies of this new Coalition of the Willing were marching through Champ Elysees in Paris, France, on Bastille Day, showing the entire world the new military power of the Europe Union. I expected this new military union to happen all along, but it was unknown in what form this would come to pass. Now we know. Yet the European Union still only has indirect authority over the armies of these 10 nations, because the 10 horns still retain their own sovereignty over their own armies. This is actually the most realistic scenario in how the prophecy could have come into fulfillment, with nations ceding military authority, but still retaining their own military authority. For many years people questioned and laughed when I warned this would happen, now it just happened, and still many people do not realize the prophetic significance of what just happened. The 10 European nations that have now formed this new union are: Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine, United Kingdom. Ukraine is not a nation in the European Union, but in 2022 AD it submitted the application to be part of the European Union and since 2024 AD it has now been in accession negotiations. Ukraine has also received much financial and military support from the EU, so it can be considered a horn of the European Union. And even though the United Kingdom is also not in the European Union, it was inside of the EU and still has many dependencies with the EU, so it can also be considered a horn of the EU. Most of these 10 nations were under Roman rule in ancient times, even some southern parts of Ukraine were under Roman rule. Denmark, Norway, and Sweden were not under direct Roman rule, but neighbored the Roman empire and were heavily influenced by the Romans. So all in all, all the 10 nations we now see are indeed historically connected with the ancient Roman empire. Some of these nations are weak, others are strong, just as Daniel saw in the vision of the statue with the 10 toes, some being iron and others clay. The prophecy came into fulfillment as expected. Now we must wait for the 10 horns and the beast to destroy Vatican City, which is the prostitute of Babylon. This will cause a global financial collapse. This will fulfill what is written, “the ten horns that you saw, they and the beast will hate the prostitute. They will make her desolate and naked, and devour her flesh and burn her up with fire.” Revelation 17:16.
